You have 50 days from the date of purchase to return your product.

The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

The product must be in its original packaging with all its accessories and documentation.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable item:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return Costs:

Please note that the return shipping costs + any related VAT & custom costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How to return your order
Pack your order: Please ensure that all items are securely packed in the original packaging with all tags included. We do not accept used products for return.

Put in the subject: Refund: your order number

Download the return form here and include it in your package.

Send your package to our return address:

Send the tracking number: Once your package is shipped, please send the tracking number to airva.store@gmail.com
Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
